This plant fiber is very absorbent and insulating. This means that wearing a cotton scarf is as pleasant in the warm summer time as it is in the cold of winter. Cotton is not fragile. In other words, it is possible to put your scarf in the washing machine without damaging it. Nonetheless, avoid very high temperatures. We advise you to wash your scarf at temperatures between 30 and 40°C. This is the ideal temperature range to soften the cotton scarf and clean it. You may also iron your scarf.
